The residence comprises 22 apartments of various sizes surrounded by a large fenced lawn, the center of which is a large swimming pool, whit area for children.

The garden area is equipped with games for children and a barbecue.
For each apartment we give an exclusive parking space within the compound.
In addition, at the reception (where you can have all the information about useful services and the local area), there are a large covered terrace in common use, gym, sauna (only in winter season), bicycles garage, canoes and other leisure facilities, the local table tennis and laundry with automatic washing machines.
Morover you can enjoy our bright and welcoming club house (bar) with a large outdoor area where you can have tasty snacks made with local products, as well as beverages of all kinds and local wines.
The service is run by a trained, multilingual staff.
